We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

AdvisorGenie reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms.
6. Third-Party IntegrationsOur Services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter). You acknowledge and agree that: • AdvisorGenie is not responsible for the content, availability, or operation of these third-party platforms. • Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law: 1. AdvisorGenie will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. 2. AdvisorGenie’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless AdvisorGenie, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from: • Your use of the Services. • Your violation of these Terms. • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
